Studio website and browser game
Underdogs provides a studio website and access to a separate browser game at /play/. By using either, you agree to use the service responsibly and in line with these terms.
The current codebase provides free access to the studio pages and browser game. It does not include purchases, subscriptions, paid services or player-account features.
02 / Acceptable use
Use the service fairly
Do not interfere with the site or game, attempt to bypass access or security controls, introduce malicious code, use automated tools in a way that harms availability, or exploit errors to disrupt other people’s use of the service.
You may play and use the website for personal, lawful purposes. Do not use the live Messenger feature to submit unlawful, abusive or harmful material, or attempt to use it to extract or attack the systems that provide it.
03 / Availability and saves
Game availability and saved progress
The studio website and game are provided as available. Features, content, availability and live Messenger responses may change or be unavailable. A browser, network connection and the configured Messenger service can each affect whether a feature works.
Game progress and preferences are stored locally in the browser. Clearing site data, switching browsers, using private browsing, disabling local storage or experiencing a storage error can remove or prevent locally saved progress. Manual save slots are also local to that browser; no cloud-save or account-sync feature is present in the current code.
04 / Content and links
Intellectual property and third parties
The Underdogs interface, game content, visual design and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for personal play, but may not copy, republish, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit it except where the law permits or the owner gives permission.
The site links to Daily Games and may link to other third-party websites. The game’s live Messenger feature uses a Supabase Edge Function. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies, and Underdogs is not responsible for services outside its control.
05 / Restriction of access
Protecting the service
To protect the website, game and other users, the operator may limit or restrict access where there is suspected automated abuse, security risk, unlawful activity or a breach of these terms. Any such action remains subject to applicable law.
06 / Disclaimers and liability
Provided as available
The operator does not promise that every page, game state, local save, live Messenger response or third-party connection will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any limitation of liability must be reviewed against the operator’s confirmed jurisdiction before publication. The current project does not contain enough information to state a definitive limitation of liability or governing-law position.

Changes to the service or these terms
The studio website, game and these terms may be updated. The current version will be published on this page with a revised date. Please review the terms when they change.
08 / Owner confirmation required
Governing law, jurisdiction and contact
The current project does not provide a verified operator name, contact method, legal address, governing-law choice or jurisdiction. Those details are intentionally not invented. The owner must add them before these terms can serve as a complete legal agreement or route for questions, notices, restriction appeals or complaints.
